Clashdoku is an iOS Sudoku game for solo puzzles, Dailies, puzzle books, and real-time Game Center Battles.

Expect a reply within 3–5 business days.
You can email support about app issues, purchases, general feedback, or feature requests. For faster help, include your Clashdoku version, iOS version, device model, steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot when relevant. Do not include passwords or payment details.
Restore a purchase
Open a locked theme, pet option, or puzzle book to show the Unlock All Content screen, then tap Restore. Confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If access is not restored, email support with the displayed error message.
Game Center and Battles
Battles require an internet connection and an active Game Center sign-in. Friend Matches also require Game Center friend-list permission and a mutually authorized friend. If matching fails, confirm those settings, reopen Clashdoku, and try again before contacting support.
Puzzle progress
Puzzle drafts, history, book progress, preferences, and most achievements are stored locally on the device. Clashdoku does not provide a developer-run account or cross-device progress sync. Removing the app also removes its local data unless Apple restores that data from a device backup.
